White Swan at Fence: Pendle gastropub's three rosette award to follow Michelin star glory
A 'high quality regional pub' in East Lancashire has been awarded three AA Rosettes at the Hospitality Awards 2022. The White Swan at Fence on the outskirts of Nelson, which also has a Michelin Star, has once again been recognised for its culinary excellence.
The pub in the shadows of Pendle Hill is famed for its ever-changing and adventurous menu, with locally-sourced ingredients at the heart of Tom's dishes. AA judges appreciated the gastropub's "proper village pub" aesthetic and food cooked with "passion".
