ISLAMABAD, Pakistan—Pakistan’s top court ruled Thursday that Prime Minister Imran Khan acted unconstitutionally when he, setting the stage for lawmakers to vote him out of office.

The court said the legislature could hold its vote on Mr. Khan’s future on Saturday. Opposition politicians said they had the numbers to oust him. If Mr. Khan loses, Parliament would then select a successor.
