Graphic testimony by five victims resulted in Timothy Stroud being held for court.
WILLIAMSPORT – A Lycoming County man is headed for trial on 1,017 counts in which he is accused of sexually assaulting three girls and two boys between the ages of 4 and 17 over a 26-year period.
The victims Tuesday provided graphic testimony against Timothy Darren Stroud Sr., 54, of Muncy, at his preliminary hearing that led District Judge Denise L. Dieter to hold him for court. She also denied a defense motion to set bail finding there were no conditions of release that would ensure the safety of the community.
