The House voted 162-38 to hold Larry Krasner in contempt. Those voting in support of the move included numerous Democrats.
The subpoena is related to an ongoing investigation by a House committee into Krasner and Philadelphia’s gun violence epidemic. It is called the House Committee on Restoring Law and Order, which is running together with a Republican-led effort to impeach Krasner.
