Here's what Americans are planning, travel-wise, for the Fourth of July this year.
their annual “Fourth of July Travel Survey & Trends” last week which asked over 1,000 respondents across the country what their plans were for Independence Day. All respondents were over the age of 18, and questions asked ranged from travel to how inflation would affect respondents’ plans.
But just because there’s an increase in travelers this year doesn’t mean inflation isn’t still in the back of people’s minds: The survey revealed how over 60 percent of respondents also admitted that high prices would influence their plans for the holiday in one way or another, whether it be because they’re looking to drive somewhere or take a plane.
