Rep. Madison Cawthorn raised eyebrows when he indicated that Netflix's 'House of Cards' emulates how Congress operates in real life.
Without naming names, the young congressman claimed that political leaders he"looked up to" invited him to an orgy and did cocaine in front of him.
His remarks came during an interview with John Lovell for the Warrior Poet Society. Cawthorn, 26, echoed former President Bill Clinton's assertion that the vast majority of the show was accurate, except the government could never get an education bill done that quickly.In addition to claiming that"sexual perversion" was rampant in Congress, he also accused members of Congress of doing illicit drugs.
