,” : The lawsuit against candidate O’Rourke is just another tactic designed to deflect from the incompetence and lack of accountability for the Texans who died in the 2021 freeze. We have seen this time and time again. There is no accountability, just finger-pointing; no solutions, just bravado. All of this while Texans and the West are facing an existential energy situation that should have been addressed 50 years ago, as we sat in long lines for gas.
Looks like O’Rourke hit a truth nerve that is already badly damaged. We need more action, less reaction, to our energy needs.It appears that the Democratic nominee for Texas governor is now officially qualified to serve. He has a lawsuit filed against him. I mean, really, being sued or having been indicted by a grand jury seems to be an underlying qualification for getting elected in this state.
