Sen. Todd Young's bipartisan legislation gives Indiana's economy a boost while making America less reliant on foreign countries for technology needs, writes Robert Vane, the principal at Veteran Strategies Inc.

Asked if this landmark, bi-partisan legislation could be a model for future collaboration among members of Congress, Young, who faces re-election, replied with optimism: “Yes, it will, plus there are many other mission critical industries needing our help and support.”My time with Young also reinforced my belief that he remains the same person he was when I first met him more than 15 years ago.
