One person ejected from vehicle in Park City crash, Kimball Junction Interchange closed in all directionsA Summit County Sheriff's Office vehicle is seen in Park City, Utah, on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. Officials with the Utah Department of Transportation reported that the crash occurred around noon on State Route 224 at the Interstate 80 Kimball Junction exit.
Sgt. Felicia Sotelo with the Summit County's Sheriff's Officer told 2News that one person was ejected from their vehicle upon impact. It was not yet known how many vehicles and people were involved in the crash or the extent of the injuries sustained. UDOT authorities said that all directions of State Route 224 at I-80 would be closed until 3 p.m. while officials conduct an investigation of the crash.
