One person was killed in a motorcycle crash on Thursday evening, according to Cumberland County coroner Charles Hall. The coroner’s office was called to Trindle Road near 39th Street in Hampden Township early Thursday evening for the crash, Hall said. The preliminary investigation found that the motorcycle was traveling west on Trindle Road when a vehicle traveling east turned left from Trindle Road onto 39th Street in front of the motorcycle, according to Hall.Hampden Township Police Chief Steve Junkin said information would be released pending the notification to the person’s next of kin.
