Olivia Rodrigo fans have been locked out of her Glasgow show after a Ticketmaster crash.Excited revellers were suddenly let down this afternoon claiming to have been sent passwords which would give them a chance to try and grab tickets but were then told the sale was for “invited fans only”.tour to help block bots, reduce resale, and get more tickets directly into the hands of fans who want to attend the show.on Tuesday, May 7, and Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
The ticket giant responded by asking fans to DM them, then they were sent to submit complaints to fan support. One fan said: “@TicketmasterCS I am unable to join the waiting room for Olivia Rodrigo's Glasgow dates as it is saying my email is not linked to the one I have my code for. How do I join?” A third fan said: “@TicketmasterUK I’m just a normal person trying to buy his daughter some tickets. What’s the issue??”
