🇶🇦 False posts claim a video shows a mass conversion of football fans to Islam during 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The video has circulated since at least 2018 in posts that say it shows Filipino workers in Qatar converting to Islam.

It shows a group of people gathered on a basketball court listening to a man wearing a white robe and then repeating the ArabicShahada, the Islamic declaration of faith. The group then repeats the profession of faith in Tagalog. The post's Bengali-language caption reads,"120 non-Muslim spectators who came to watch the 2022 World Cup in Qatar accepted Islam".The same video also appeared elsewhere on Facebook alongside a similar claim
