The skies over the Big Apple brightened up Saturday as the remaining smoke from Canadian wildfires cleared out.
The forecast is sunny through Sunday, and New Yorkers will be able to breathe better after the blanket of smoke from north of the border caused the“We should have sunshine returning to us today and much better air quality than we’ve had all week,” Fox Forecast Center meteorologist Brian Mastro told The Post.“We should be staying clear [of smoke] at least for the foreseeable future.”
Saturday’s high temperatures should reach the upper 70s. Overnight, the thermometer will dip into the mid 60s, with clouds increasing throughout the night.There’s a chance of rain Sunday night night, and rain is likely Monday.
