London police shoot man following 'terrorist-related' stabbing incident
Police in London fatally shot a man Sunday after multiple people were stabbed in a"terrorist-related" incident, Metropolitan Police said."At this stage it is believed a number of people have been stabbed," police said on Twitter. "The circumstances are being assessed; the incident has been declared as terrorist-related.
"Witnesses on social media said they heard three gunshots fired just after 2 p.m. local time, theGulled Bulhan, 19, toldhe saw a man with a machete running from someone Bulhan believed was an undercover police officer.He said he ran into a library as several ambulances and armed police officers arrived on the scene. Other onlookers ran into stores and other buildings for cover.
