Nottingham's choice when it comes to burgers leaves fans drooling. Earlier this week BONHS Best Burgers were named the best burger bar in the Food Award England.
Customers don't mind a detour to Wollaton Street to try the range of smashed, chicken or veggie burgers. After winning the poll, founder Beckie Lawson said: "As an independent small business this is great to be recognised by the public and we’re very thankful for the support from our customers. The business is going well after starting four years ago."The lunchtime special of any burger meal for £7 for collection seems to be a real hit," she added.
Amongst the burgers for chicken fans is the Lucky 23 loaded with Southern fried chicken thighs, melted cheese and crispy onions, while vegetarians can get stuck into deep fried halloumi topped with pizza sauce and cheddar cheese.
