NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio -- City Council considering opportunity to capture property value increase related to The Enclave, a new Brookpark Road townhome rental project.
“The key with TIFs is it’s all about timing,” he said. “There is incremental value that needs to be captured. “Instead of your normal five-foot wide sidewalk, maybe a 10-foot-wide trail that allows for people to walk and bike.” “It’s a walk-up, single-entrance townhome-style apartment building,” he said. “The style of apartment rental product that’s being proposed is something we don’t currently have in North Olmsted.
