NOAA says human interaction can lead to dolphins becoming aggressive. The organization described the situation as a “dire” threat to human safety and also to the creature’s life. In a news release, NOAA blames human interaction for the aggression. For more than a year, people have been asked not to feed or swim with the dolphin, but many have ignored the plea.“The dolphin has become so used to humans that it now seeks out people, boats, and any form of interaction,” states the news release issued ahead of the Memorial Day weekend.
