The accident happened around 12:05 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Martin.

"She was a completely innocent bystander. Just a young lady working her way through college and doing her homework during the wee hours of the night," Salazar said. During the chase the suspects dumped out several guns that were used in the shooting. The suspects were immediately apprehended, arrested and transported to the Bexar County jail where they shortly made bond, Salazar said.
Several days prior the alleged teenage accomplice was arrested by deputies after another police chase. During the pursuit the suspect was doing an Instagram live laughing and bragging about the situation. Once the accomplice was arrested the BCSO concentrated their efforts on finding Gonzales. Salazar says they are planning on charging Gonzales as an adult. According to Salazar, Gonzales's sister was also arrested for harboring a fugitive.
