Former Scottish first minister Nicola Sturgeon has said she will ‘fully co-operate’ with police after her husband, who was chief executive of the SNP, was arrested.
In her first public remarks since the dramatic escalation of a police inquiry into the party’s finances, Ms Sturgeon said she would ‘get on with life’ and her job.
She continued: ‘The last few days have been obviously difficult, quite dramatic at times, but I understand that is part of a process. Police put up a blue tent outside Nicola Sturgeon and Peter Murrell’s home in Uddingston on Wednesday
