In an earlier post showing terrifying scenes, Michael said: "My heart bleeds." Replying to a follower in another post, he said: "We have been evacuated..."According to Reuters, while attending a briefing with the national meteorological institute IPMA, Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa said: "Yesterday [Wednesday] was a very tough day.
