A unique restaurant has opened, cooking with a “primitive” style coal fire, and promising elegant cocktails and modern Spanish tapas.
Humo, which means smoke in Spanish, opened in King Street in Watford last week., but he said this new eatery is pitched as “upper casual”.Mr Navendan said: “We came up with the new concept which has a Japanese influence with Spanish tapas food, and it is really good, scintillating food.“There are some very sophisticated cocktails you wouldn’t find at the most high-class London restaurants.”
The 27-year-old owner self-funded the restaurant and designed the logo himself to be a “primitive” design reflecting the style of cooking on a coal fire.
