The Lexington Village retail center is planned on a 15-acre site at the southwest corner of Coit Road and Eldorado Parkway.
The shopping center – which will include 90,000 square feet of construction – is a project of Dallas-based Centergy Retail. Northmarq arranged $24.44 million in construction financing for the retail center. The funding was provided by a local bank, according to Northmarq’s Bobby Weinberg. County records show the loan was made by North Dallas Bank & Trust.“A number of nationally-recognized tenants have already drafted letters of intent to occupy the development upon completion,” Northmarq officials said in a statement.
The Lexington community is planned to include 2,500 single-family homes, 2,200 multifamily units, schools, parks and an amenity center.
