French-inspired fare, wine and cocktails are on the menu at the new restaurant opening...
on Dunstan. The 2,000-square-foot restaurant is described as a bistro concept featuring a “playful but focused approach to food: stylistically contemporary French cuisine” with a menu from executive chef Kent Domas, formerly with Alice Blue, The Classic, and Bernadine’s.The menu opens with raw bar offerings and a variety of caviar and roe presentations.
The space was designed by Garish Design with Art Deco touches, pops of color, and vintage light fixtures. “Our goal is to open an intimate space with a refined but not too serious dinner party atmosphere with food meant to be passed around accompanied with fun tunes,” Levit stated. “Eau Tour is a spot for the community to hang and enjoy happy habits.”Greg Morago writes about food for the Houston Chronicle.
