The Royal Mint has released this year's special coin to celebrate The Snowman, featuring the official coinage of King Charles for the first time.
The special coin is the first of the Mint's collectable 50p coins launched to celebrate the World of the Snowman featuring the official coinage portrait of King Charles.
The Royal Mint's design team worked to combine traditional craftsmanship with innovative digial colour printing technology in order to bring the iconic characters of the book to life.
