Morgan O’Neill created “NCIS: Sydney” and is executive producer with Sara Richardson and Sue Seeary . The series is produced by Endemol Shine Australia for CBS Studios and Paramount Australia, and distributed outside Australia by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
