WASHINGTON - Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, was arrested Saturday in Napa, California, for allegedly driving under the influence,A booking report shows Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT Saturday, booked at 4 a.m. Sunday and referred for misdemeanors for allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher.The Napa County District Attorney's Office has not yet decided whether to charge Paul Pelosi.
Nancy Pelosi was not in California at the time of her husband's arrest. She was in Providence, Rhode Island, where she received an honorary degree from Brown University and delivered the commencement address to the graduating class.
