Everoy J. Morrison, 44, was taken into custody after being pulled over in his sister-in-law's stolen BMW Wednesday in Baltimore County, Maryland, authorities said.

Morrison is being held in Maryland on a stolen vehicle charge pending extradition to New Jersey, authorities said. “She said she wanted him out,” Scott said in an on-camera interview with the television station. “He says he would leave before the end of the month. But he didn’t — he didn’t leave. He murdered them.”
Morrison was taken into custody at abut 4 p.m. Wednesday after being pulled over on Bel Air Road near Interstate 695 in Baltimore County, Maryland, according to Maryland State Police.
