Police say they are seeking victims of the videotaping
Authorities have arrested a South Jersey man on charges that he surreptitiously video recorded girls who were using a bathroom at his home.
Robert A. McKinley, 52, of Washington Township in Gloucester County, was arrested Tuesday after a search warrant was executed at his home, according to the county prosecutor’s office. McKinley allegedly retained the videos by transferring them to a Dropbox account associated with his email address, authorities said.
He was charged with manufacturing child pornography, a first-degree crime, and third-degree possession of child sexual abuse material, and jailed pending a detention hearing, according to the prosecutor’s office. Anyone who believes they may be a victim in this case, has concerns regarding any contact they had with McKinley or who has any information that may be relevant to the ongoing investigation is asked to contact the prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit via email at
