The 20th anniversary of his disappearance has prompted a fresh appeal to trace the dad-of-two.
He has been described as being 5ft 6ins in height, of medium build, with short dark brown hair and blue eyes.Shortly after he was reported missing, his car was discovered at Rowardennan, Loch Lomond - a place he often visited.This included his face appearing on milk cartons nationwide.His mum, sister, and brother appeared in a BBC One series titled 'Missing' in the hopes that it would uncover new information.
