Mum says £100 of Christmas presents go missing during Marks and Spencer shopping trip
A mum says she saw £100-worth of Christmas presents go missing during a shopping trip. Nicolle Loughlin was at the Rock in Bury on Saturday with her little boy.
Nicolle, 30, says she then realised it had disappeared. She had spent around £100 on two charms from Pandora.. She says she was in Marks and Spencer at the time. Nicolle, from Cheetham Hill, said: "I was in the store and had two bags on my arm. The smaller bag was at the front of my hand. I was distracted as I was shopping in the food hall, my son was tired and fed up and I was pushing him around.
A spokesperson for Marks and Spencer said: "We hold ourselves to the very highest standards of customer service, so we were sorry to hear that this customer was unhappy with her experience in store.
