Slimmer Jen Hinde once felt like a "beached whale" and couldn't stand posing for pictures due to the embarrassment, but the 35-year-old has now lost an impressive five stone by getting rid of her expensive takeaway habit.
READ MORE: Glasgow Jet2 flight in emergency landing after 'drunk passenger peed in cabin and frightened children’ When she ballooned to 18st 5lb, Jen was told by a doctor that she was heading for a liver transplant if she carried on the way she was. After being jolted by the health scare, Jen decided to ditch the takeaways and was able to shed the stones by cooking healthy, nutritious meals at home.
"But now I post loads because I just think 'look what I've done.' I don't want to sound up my own bum or anything but I've done awesome." "I am in a lot of pain and I was using that as an excuse to not cook and not even try. I was using my pain as an excuse and some days I wouldn't even be in pain, but I thought that if I did cook, then I would be in pain.
