Seven people were injured following a shooting Sunday afternoon at a Peck Park in San Pedro, a coastal community in Los Angeles, authorities said.

Also among those critically injured were people described only as a male and female, the Los Angeles Fire Department said in an email alert. Police and fire officials said the attack, reported about 3:50 p.m., may have happened at or near a car show held at the location, Peck Park, which is in the coastal community of San Pedro.
