Rep. Marc Molinaro said 'enough is enough' with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's antics, including her threats to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson.

Greene threatened Johnson by filing a motion to vacate before the chamber’s Easter recess, but she did not file it as a privileged resolution, meaning it did not require immediate action. The“Her theater and this constant effort to hold the Congress hostage has to come to an end. I’m gonna have no part in it. And a good number of my colleagues, conservative and moderate, believe that enough is enough. It is time to move on and to move past this kind of nonsense,” Molinaro said.

Greene, who has been dangling the motion to vacate over Johnson for nearly a month, filed two proposed amendments to foreign aid bills on Wednesday evening, which may add to the accusations of “theater” antics. One of the amendments proposes that those who vote in favor of aid to Ukraine in its war against Russia should have to “conscript in the Ukrainian military.” The other amendment is regarding Israel’s aid for its war against Hamas and proposes that the United States develop space lasers for border security — an apparent nod to her “Jewish Space laser”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene arrives for an interview in Laconia, New Hampshire, on Jan. 22, 2024. he submitted an amendment mocking Greene that would appoint her as Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “Special Envoy to the United States Congress,” in a jab at her resistance to backing further funding for Ukraine’s war against Russia.Greene has only received one public backer for her motion to vacate Johnson, Rep.

When former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy was ousted in October, the House of Representatives was paralyzed for three weeks as Republicans worked to find a new speaker.
