According to a preliminary investigation, the driver of a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja was heading north on the Old Seward before his motorcycle hit a black 2013 Subaru Outback, police said.
Police said the motorcycle driver’s injuries “appeared to be life-threatening.” The woman driving the Subaru stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators, police said, adding that no charges had been filed.
