The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for morning lane closures on State Route 89 between Center Street and Road 1 North for utility work and asphalt repairs.The SR 89 northbound lanes between Center Street and Road 1 North will be closed, and northbound traffic will be shifted to the center median and turn lane through the work zone.ADOT advises drivers to slow down, be prepared to stop in the work zone and use caution around personnel and equipment.
