Alfredo Morelos has signed for Brazilian club Santos three months after his Rangers exit while insisting "this is not a final farewell".He had been linked with several clubs on the European mainland but has returned to South America.
He added: "This is not a final farewell but a see you later filled with hope. See you in the future Rangers."Morelos moved to the Glasgow club from HJK Helsinki in the summer of 2017 and went on to score 124 goals in 269 appearances. Describing Rangers as "my dear soulful team", he described it as "an unforgettable chapter in my life", recalling the league title win and progress to the Europa League final particularly fondly.
