Clouds stay thick and air remains damp this evening as we get a lull in the rainfall that was steady and light to moderate intensity Monday morning through early Monday afternoon. Temperatures hover in the lower 50s to upper 40s after sunset with some fog and periods of drizzle. Another storm from the Ohio River Valley brings in steadier rain overnight to near dawn Thursday with possibly some brief downpours with temperatures in the lower 40s.
Rain chances continues Wednesday until a cold front crosses the area. 1-3+” total rainfall is possible posing a low flood threat. Minor flooding is possible in poor drainage areas, creeks and streams. We’ll keep you posted but stay weather aware! Temperatures remain cool for early April.As an upper-level low works eastward, conditions become blustery and quite chilly. Wind gusts close to 40 mph will be possible.
