A Dallas builder is planning a $40 million apartment community in Lewisville.
The 300-unit project is the next phase of Trinsic Residential Group’s Aura Crown Centre apartments on East State Highway 121.Trinsic Residential earlier this year opened 300 units in the project that’s in the Castle Hills community. Rents start at more than $1,400 a month.The new development will begin construction in December and take two years to complete, according to planning documents filed with the state. Womack + Hampton Architects LLL designed the project.
