Mom arrested after 2 kids are killed running onto busy freeway to chase luggage
A mother has been arrested after her two children were killed running onto a busy California highway to chase luggage that had fallen off their car.
The two children, aged 10 and 16, were struck by a white Nissan Sentra after they ran onto Route 78 Freeway in Vista, California on Sunday evening.They were trying to retrieve the suitcase that had flown off their car when they were both hit by a white Nissan Sentra.
