Developer Jim Duggan and partners have acquired the prime building site and are planning a retail, office and housing development called Spring Creek Plaza. Nelson Partners of Austin designed the project. The property has existing zoning, and Plano’s planning commission just approved site plans.

The report also features new reaction to an MSNBC report by Jay-Z.
