But Naumovich is betting on a new engineering recruitment program that just launched Monday, and a swanky new headquarters, to get promising engineers in the door.
Because financial markets aren't easy to fully grasp in a classroom, much of the program will offer real-world on-the-job experience, with engineers sitting side-by-side with a more senior colleague, Naumovich said.
