Former rugby champ turned royal Mike Tindall has taken part in a new Ministry of Defence campaign video, which sees him join members of the army for a day of training
Mike Tindall has joked about how being a father-of-three helped him prepare for a day of army training.
Mike began: "Hi, I'm Mike Tindall, former England rugby captain. I love the great outdoors. After being in professional rugby for 17 years rolling around in the mud, now I got three kids I am used to pulling out of the mud. During the video, Mike adds that he had already seen "three dog walkers" and "two motorbikes just going through the middle" of the field, which could pose risks to training.
It comes after Mike revealed his unlikely friendship DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles as they stepped out to do a spot of shopping in California.
