Mike Tindall breaks silence after attending the Queen's emotional funeral
Mike Tindall, the husband of the late Queen's granddaughter Zara, has finally broken his silence after attending the Queen's funeral and service of committal on Monday.
There was a state funeral for the Queen at Westminster Abbey, followed by a service of committal at St. George's Chapel, Westminster Abbey, before some of the most senior royals attended a private burial service - although it is not believed Zara and Mike attended the latter.The Queen has now been buried alongside her husband, Prince Philip in the King George VI Memorial Chapel, where the remains of her parents George VI and Elizabeth, Queen Mother and the ashes of her sister Margaret lie.
They are parents to three children, Mia, Lena, four, and one year old Lucas, however only Mia attended the Queen's committal service with her parents. He said: "I can only say how kind they’ve been to me, and how welcoming they’ve been to me since joining the family. And how they’ve made my family welcome."
