The Light Blues supporters made their feelings knowing following Sunday's Old Firm derby defeat to Brendan Rodgers and Celtic at a packed out Ibrox full of home fans as Kyogo Furuhashi hit what proved to be the winner just before the half-time interval. The defeat came just days after a Champions League play-off hammering by PSV that ended hopes of a return to Europe's top table for the second successive season.
The Daily Record report that chairman John Bennett will resist calls to axe the former QPR manager during the international break and will give his gaffer the benefit of the doubt in the short-term. But he will be expected to deliver an immediate upturn in results when the campaign restarts against St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park in 10 days time.

So far this season the Light Blues have played four league games and suffered two defeats with just six points on the board. Sunday's derby defeat puts Celtic four points clear of their city rivals already with the pressure firmly on Beale to get things up and running.
