Zaldivar had previously acted as chief of the court. He said on Tuesday he would continue to serve Mexico in efforts to shore up "the transformation of a fairer and more egalitarian Mexico."Government-backed hackers tried to plant spyware made by NSO Group on the iPhone of an Indian journalist working for the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project in August, the organization’s co-founder said on Monday.
