The injury list continues to get longer for the Memphis Grizzlies. Ja Morant is the latest addition after he suffered a Grade 1 left ankle sprain Friday.

The Grizzlies are also without Danny Green, Desmond Bane and Ziaire Williams. All of those players play on the wing, so their absences have affected the wing depth. Tyus Jones, John Konchar and Kennedy Chandler should be expected to get the bulk of the backcourt minutes. Rookies Jake LaRavia and David Roddy should combine with Dillon Brooks to occupy the small forward minutes.
If there is a silver lining, the Grizzlies went 19-4 last season in games started by Jones. On top of Kyle Anderson and De'Anthony Melton no longer being with the Grizzlies, Bane played in most of the games when Jones started.
