Here is a rundown of what’s scheduled in the region during the holiday
A solemn Memorial Day ceremony was held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Sunday, May 30, 2021. Vicki Vellios Briner | Special to PennLiveCommunities throughout the central Pennsylvania region will be holding Memorial Day-related parades, services and other events to honor those members of the military that have died in our nation’s wars.
Here is a list of events scheduled this week. If your municipality’s event is not listed here, reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll add it.from noon to 3 p.m. May 26 Cedar Cliff High School JROTC Cadets, American Legion William H. Nauss Post #143 members, scouts, local churches and others will be in attendance. In addition, Congressman Scott Perry and State Representative Dawn Keefer will be there. Registration is requested.
