Meghan Markle needs to do all she can to walk a “fine line” to avoid further controversy in a potential memoir she’s rumored to have in the works, according to a Hollywood expert.

After Prince Harry’s bombshell tell-all “Spare” hit the shelves in January, it’s been reported that the Duchess of Sussex is looking to ink a similar deal for herself.

“Meghan’s memoirs could stir controversy and reignite debates surrounding her relationship with the Royal Family, especially if she chooses to reveal previously undisclosed details,” he told“Any further revelations or ‘bombshells’ about her time as a royal could impact her career and reputation in various ways with an almost impossible task to make a further comeback.”

And if Markle decides to put out a tell-all of her own, the exiled couple could see “huge sales” and could “widen the Royal rift,” Boardman said. Prince Harry’s bombshell memoir “Spare” became the fastest-selling nonfiction book of all time since its release on Jan. 10.“Such a memoir however still has the potential to be a substantial money-spinner, both in terms of book sales and potential media deals,” Boardman said.
