Five tickets sold across the nation for Tuesday night’s drawing matched all five regular numbers, without matching the Mega number, so they won prizes of $1 million, according to Mega Millions lottery officials. Two of those tickets were sold in California, and one each in Florida, Georgia and Mississippi.

Each of those lottery players matched four of the five white balls and the gold Mega Ball drawn, and one purchased the Megaplier option, doubling the prize., 111 Town Square Place, Jersey City, Hudson County News Plus, 620 Mule Road, Toms River, Ocean County players in New Jersey matched four of the five white balls drawn, making each ticket worth $500, the state lottery said in a press release. Six of those tickets were purchased with the Megaplier option, boosting the prizes to $1,000.
