The 10-day-long festival in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, wouldn't be possible without these dedicated day-one volunteers.
"I was here the very first minute that Musikfest opened," said Pat Holetz. "I was very, very impressed when I arrived on the scene."
Stevens is hoping that the 40-year-old enthusiasm, which has aged like fine wine, will rub off on some new volunteers. It may require some hard work and heavy lifting, but volunteers like Norbert Szymanski say it's been worth it.
